Everything you need to know about Lhoop
Lhoop is a peer-to-peer marketplace where parents buy and sell pre-loved kids essentials. Browse listings, add to bag, and checkout securely. Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm delivery.
You pay the listing price plus a 7% buyer service fee at checkout. The full amount is held in escrow with Stripe and only released to the seller once you confirm the order arrived, or 14 days after estimated delivery if you don't respond. If something's wrong, raise a dispute before you confirm and the money stays in escrow while we sort it out.
Our buyer protection covers all purchases. If an item doesn't match its description or doesn't arrive, contact our support team and we'll help resolve the issue. Learn about our protection policy.
Yes! You can message sellers directly to ask questions about sizing, condition, or any other details before making a purchase. Visit your inbox to start a conversation.
Buyers pay a flat Australia Post rate at checkout based on the parcel size the seller picked. That covers the seller's prepaid satchel, and the parcel is tracked from drop-off all the way to your door. How shipping works.
Lhoop does not pay return shipping costs.
Return shipping is not automatically reimbursed, recalculated, or partially refunded by the platform.
If there is a dispute, responsibility for return shipping is decided case by case during dispute resolution.
