When you purchase an item, your payment is held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the seller once you confirm receipt of the item. This protects you if something goes wrong.
Our buyer protection covers all purchases. If an item doesn't match its description or doesn't arrive, contact our support team and we'll help resolve the issue. Learn about our protection policy.
Yes! You can message sellers directly to ask questions about sizing, condition, or any other details before making a purchase. Visit your inbox to start a conversation.
Buyers cover shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We work with standard Australian carriers to keep shipping affordable.

Lhoop does not pay return shipping costs.

Return shipping is not automatically reimbursed, recalculated, or partially refunded by the platform.

If there is a dispute, responsibility for return shipping is decided case by case during dispute resolution.
